Brand Coordinator
Location: Remote (US) - Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone preferred

Position Summary
The Brand Coordinator supports the execution of national and local marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, managing creative workflows, organizing campaign assets, and
facilitating communication across teams. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Brand team, helping ensure marketing campaigns, promotions, and creative
deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Coordination
• Coordinate creative requests, project timelines, and approval workflows
• Track project status and facilitate communication between Brand, Creative, Social, Operations, Digital, and external agency partners
• Support execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Assist with campaign planning, task management, and milestone tracking
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, recaps, and project follow-ups as needed Creative Operations & Asset Management
• Support trafficking, organization, and distribution of creative assets across internal teams and external partners
• Maintain asset libraries and ensure approved materials are accessible and up to date
• Manage creative review and approval processes
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure assets align with brand standards and project requirements
• Assist with routing creative files for stakeholder review and approval
Brand & Marketing Support
• Help coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, in-park, and print
• Support brand consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints
• Assist with creative brief development and project intake processes
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, franchisees, and internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives
• Support collection and organization of campaign documentation, reports, and post- campaign recaps
Administrative & Operational Support
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and workflow documentation
• Assist with updating marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and launch timelines
• Coordinate asset requests, file management, and distribution needs
• Help organize team resources, templates, and process documentation
• Support additional brand and marketing projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, project coordination, creative operations, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Some knowledge of brand standards and marketing production processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with creative workflow and asset management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Preferred
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns in a multi-location retail, entertainment, franchise, or consumer brand environment
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Wrike, Workfront, or similar tools
• Experience working with agencies, designers, content creators, or cross-functional marketing teams
